Located on the Arabian Sea and surrounded by rocky mountains, Muscat has recently experienced rapid infrastructural development. This resort is planned to support the adjacent Muscat Hills Golf Course with a five-star hotel, day spa, conference centre, and club house.
Quinn Design Associate's contemporary design features a series of unique water features and swimming pools, including an extensive family pool with a water play area and an infinity edge pool that draws attention to the golf green beyond. Throughout the site we are proposing specialized paving patterns and extensive and colourful plantings of ornamental and native drought-tolerant species. We also created lounging areas with contemporary cabanas and lushly planted beds. The club house restaurant includes garden space with an outdoor fire pit and banquette seating. A rooftop terrace with a water wall and fountain provides views to the surrounding mountains and golf fairways, and gives this formal event space a dramatic atmosphere.
Our firm modeled the entire site with Revit 3D modelling software to create 3D views that allowed our client and the project team to visualize key landscape spaces.
