Part of Mount Sinai Hospital Family Health, this health and wellness centre will provide services to seniors while also offering related facilities and programs to the community. Located in downtown Toronto, the project involves the conservation and renovation of a heritage building, as well as an addition. Known as Thomas Wilson House, this brick building is a rare surviving example of late 19th Century residential design.

Quinn provided complete landscape architectural services, and a design that includes a new accessible landscape with a welcoming walkway with benches and plantings, as well as a roof garden.
