Quinn Design Associates is providing landscape architectural services for this contemporary 20-unit townhome development that features private backyards and rooftop gardens. The landscape design creates an attractive frontage along Lawrence Avenue with street trees for summer shade and seasonal interest. A planting border includes species that offer privacy for the individual garden spaces of each unit.

The design includes a naturalized bosque of trees and decorative unit paving walkways bordered by clipped hedges. Wood privacy panels and attractive lightweight planters on the rooftop terraces create a pleasing contemporary garden atmosphere. Quinn’s services included an application to the City for Site Plan Approval.
