Part of a multi-tower residential development adjacent to The Shops at Don Mills, the current two towers of the Rodeo Drive condominium project includes a substantial streetscape development. Quinn’s design includes shade trees, planting beds, decorative lighting and street furniture, as well as the development of an open landscaped pedestrian street between the two towers. This important space will include generous plantings and a stepped water channel terminating in a large decorative water feature appropriate to the significant scale and quality of this residential development.

Our documents for the project were produced fully in Revit, and include conceptual landscape designs, 3D studies and design sketches, and grading studies.
